Our fabrication combines craftsmanship with intelligent equipment. Laser cutting and CNC machining create precise metal components, followed by surface treatments for durability and aesthetics. Optical components are precision-molded for uniform light, with FMS and MES integration enabling efficient production of all order types.

Skilled technicians assemble and wire components per international safety standards (CCC, CE, UL), using lead-free soldering and high-quality insulation. Wiring specifications and grounding protection ensure safety, with IPQC monitoring every step to maintain quality.

5. Quality Control & Testing: Rigorous Checks at Every Step

Every product undergoes comprehensive tests: electrical safety, optical performance (light flux, CRI ≥ 80), durability (72+ hour aging tests) and visual/structural inspection. We implement first-piece inspection and a full quality traceability system, with third-party certification verification.

6. Packaging & Delivery: Protecting Your Lighting Investment

Qualified products are packaged in eco-friendly, shock-absorbent materials to prevent damage. Packaging includes installation guides and warranty info, with reliable logistics and intelligent inventory management ensuring on-time, intact delivery worldwide.
